耳鸣 [ěr míng]

1. 谓耳中作嗡鸣之声。多由中耳、内耳或神经系统的疾病所引起。

   《史记·扁鹊仓公列传》：“子以吾言为不诚，试入诊太子，当闻其耳鸣而鼻张。”《隋书·李士谦传》：“或谓 士谦 曰：‘子多阴德。’ 士谦 曰：‘所谓阴德者何？犹耳鸣，己独闻之，人无知者。’” 唐 元稹 《痁卧闻幕中诸公徵乐会饮因有戏呈三十韵》：“耳鸣疑暮角，眼暗助昏霾。” 清 百一居士 《壶天录》卷下：“ 广州 番禺县 冯明府 ，於某夜梦醒，遥闻署后街喧声鼎沸……询吏役则若不知也，咸疑其梦后耳鸣。”

2. 古时以耳鸣为占。

   《汉书·艺文志》杂占家有《嚏耳鸣杂占》十六卷，证以 汉 简，知此术在 汉 代颇为流行。《太平御览》卷四五九引 汉 蔡邕 《广连珠》：“臣闻目瞤耳鸣，近乎小戒也；狐鸣犬嗥，家人小妖也。犹忌慎动作，封镇书符，以防其祸。”参阅 饶宗颐 《选堂集林·居延简术数耳鸣目瞤解》。
