也叫冬蛰。休 眠现象的一种。是某些动物对冬季寒冷、食物不足等不利环境条件的一种适应性反应。主要表现为不活 动、体温下降和陷入昏睡状态。常见于温带和寒带地区的无脊椎动物、两栖动物、爬行动物和一些哺乳 动物。
