汉语拼音:lǔ shuǐ

1.也叫苦卤、盐卤。一般指由海水等咸水制盐时所残留的母液。是氯化镁、硫酸镁和氯化钠的混合物。味苦有毒,供制豆腐等使用。食盐潮解后所成的卤水也叫盐卤。

2.矿化度大于50克/升的地下水。用以提取某些化工原料(如食盐、硼、溴、碘等)。
