一种利用电能加热、蒸煮饭菜的烹调用具，具有自动断电、保温等功能。有的地区叫电饭煲。

1. 带有电热装置的饭锅。其特点是能准确控制煮饭温度，饭煮熟后能自动切断电源及自动保温。
