干眼症 [gān yǎn zhèng]

1. 干眼症是指任何原因造成的泪液质或量异常或动力学异常，导致泪膜稳定性下降，并伴有眼部不适和（或）眼表组织病变特征的多种疾病的总称。又称角结膜干燥症。常见之症状包括眼睛干涩、容易疲倦、眼痒、有异物感、痛灼热感、分泌物黏稠、怕风、畏光、对外界刺激很敏感；有时眼睛太干，基本泪液不足，反而刺激反射性泪液分泌，而造成常常流泪；较严重者眼睛会红肿、充血、角质化、角膜上皮破皮而有丝状物黏附，这种损伤日久则可造成角结膜病变，并会影响视力。
