大肠的中段，与盲肠相连的一段向上行叫升结肠，然后在腹腔内横行叫横结肠，向下行叫降结肠，最后在左髂骨附近形成“乙”字形叫乙状结肠。

1. 大肠的中段。分为升结肠，横结肠，降结肠和乙状结肠四段，是大肠的主要部分。有分泌粘液，吸收水分，形成粪便的作用。
