维吾尔、乌孜别克等族的传统饭食。流行于新疆等地。用大米、羊肉、羊油或青油、胡萝卜、洋葱、葡萄干等，经炸、炒、煮、焖等工序制成的甜味饭。进餐时，盛入盘内，大家围坐抓食，故称。
