以货币量计算的均等资本单位 或单位资本。单位资本的总和构成公司的股本。股份有限公司将发行资本分为等额股份，由投资人购买 来募集资本。转让股份必须在证券交易所进行。公司董事、监事、经理所持本公司股份在任职期间不得 转让。

1. 亦作“ 股分 ”。股份公司或其他合股经营企业的资金。亦指在资金中所占的数额。
