竞技跳水项目之一。在5米、75米、10米等高度的跳台上进行。动作有面向池向前跳水，面对台向后跳水，面对池反身跳水，面对台向内跳水，转体跳水及臂立跳水。各组都有规定动作和自选动作。以两种动作得分总和决定名次。
