The wisdom of the prudent [is] to understand his way: but the folly of fools [is] deceit.
通达人的智慧,在乎明白己道。愚昧人的愚妄,乃是诡诈。(或作自欺)but if otherwise, accept me even as if I were foolish, that I also may boast a little.
纵然如此,也要把我当作愚妄人接纳,叫我也可以略略夸口。Extortion turns a wise man into a fool, and a bribe corrupts the heart.
