1.地下水的一种类型。指埋藏在地面之下、第一个隔水层之上的地下水。可直接向地表蒸发和得到地表水的渗透补给，所以水位高低常随季节和气候状况而变化。是民井和浅井的主要供水来源，但潜水面离地表很近时，又能引起土壤盐碱化和沼泽化。
