一个人作为一个国家的成员而隶属于该国的法律上的身份。国籍与公民资格常用于同一意义。凡具有某国国籍的人就是该国公民，享有外国人不能享有的一些权利，如选举权、被选举权等，也履行外国人不必履行的一些义务，如服兵役等。

1. 国家的典籍；史籍。
