血肿 [xuè zhǒng]

1. 血肿：是由于种种外力作用，导致血管破裂、溢出的血液分离周围组织，形成充满血液的腔洞。病症名。因血瘀所致水肿。因血瘀所致水肿。《丹溪心法·水肿》：“其皮间有红缕赤痕者，此血肿也。”多因瘀血留滞，血化为水所致。证见四肢浮肿，皮肉间有红丝血痕，或妇女经水先断，后见水肿，少腹胀痛拒按，小便清长等。治宜活血祛瘀，用续断饮、桃红四物汤、代抵当汤、小调经散等方。四肢肿甚，则兼治水，用五皮饮加当归、白芍、蒲黄、丹皮、桃仁，或用干漆、雄黄、醋丸，麦芽汤下。参见水肿条。
