谷物法基本解释

指英国1815年制订的限制谷物进口的法律。规定国产谷物平均价达到或超过某种限度时方可进口。目的是维护土地贵族的利益。实施该法后,谷物价格骤贵,工人要求提高工资,外国也提高英国工业品进口税,从而损害了工业资产阶级利益。1846年,该法被废除。
